In New Jersey, voters legalized recreational marijuana after a years-long campaign by advocates & residents harmed by the drug war.
Our work is far from over. New Jersey must implement marijuana legalization policies that benefit the people and communities most harmed by the drug war—especially our Black and Latinx communities. We must follow Oregoon’s lead and take a public health approach to all drug use.
